Host your own fundraiser
Kids helping kids. It doesn’t get much better than that.
Host your own youth fundraiser
When a youth 17 and under hosts a fundraiser in support of the Stollery, they’re not only helping to give all kids the best chance at a long and healthy life, but they’ll also become Stollery Superstars — joining an inspiring group of kids from backyards across Alberta who have raised more than $1.8 million.
Your superstar can become a Stollery Superstar by helping kids at the Stollery Children’s Hospital.
We make it easy
First, decide what kind of fundraiser your Superstar would like to host — a bake sale, head shave, lemonade stand or hot chocolate stand are just a few ideas, but the sky’s the limit on how they can support the Stollery! We’re always excited to connect with our young supporters to help bring their fundraising ideas to life.
We’ll provide your Superstar with all sorts of tools to promote their fundraiser. Your Superstar will also receive a donation tracking form for cash and cheque donations and/or a personalized fundraising webpage to collect donations online.
Let's get started
Complete our online application form and tell us about the event your child would like to host. You’ll hear from us in a few days and once your event is approved/confirmed, feel free to start promoting it!
Celebrating their success
Following your kid’s fundraiser, we’ll fill out our big cheque with their donation amount, take a photo and add their star to our Superstars wall! We’ll also send them a photo certificate to keep as a reminder of their generosity.
