Lacing up in support of the Stollery
The 14th Annual Stollery Family Day Classic has scored more than $574,000 in gross revenue to support world-class care at the Stollery Children’s Hospital.
Over Family Day long weekend, 82 hockey teams from novice to bantam hit the ice in the 14th Annual Stollery Family Day Classic, raising more than $574,000.
Since 2011, hundreds of young hockey players lace up each February for this fun, four-day, four-on-four invitational, raising more than $5.3 million in support of the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation and Hockey Edmonton. Each year, the event encourages local youth to raise funds for kids just like them who may need Stollery care. This year’s tournament supports important family-centered care programs, making a hospital stay a little easier on Stollery kids and their families.
